Please note where numbers are limited free delegate tickets are offered on a first come first served basis on the day of the event.

Delegates should book tickets to any other screenings or events that they wish to attend through the Box Office.

Surgery appointments provide an invaluable chance to discuss your latest project and recieve professional development advice from an industry executive. To apply for a surgery appointment please download the application form and return to us by Wednesday 16 November.

Speedmatching

The UK Film Council will be hosting their infamous Speedmatching sessions at the festival this year, register at the Information Desk to take part.

Host A Filmmaker

Help support a filmmaker with a film in the festival with the offer of a spare bed and recieve a free delegates pass or a pair of tickets / invitations of your choice.

Tickets will go on sale through Watershed box office on Monday 10th October.

Ticket Prices
All events and film programmes cost £6.00 full / £4.00 concessions, unless otherwise indicated. Film School events can be purchased individually through the box office and are priced at £12.00 full / £10.00 concessions. All ticket prices include VAT where applicable.

Concessions apply to full-time students, claimants, over 60s and disabled people with proof of status. If you book by telephone or online, we will hold your tickets for collection at the Watershed Box Office where you must present your concession ID.

Delegate Registration

Tickets booked in advance over the telephone are available for collection at the Watershed Box Office.

Film School ticket packages and guest tickets are held at the Festival Information Desk in the upstairs foyer of Watershed. Filmmakers and Delegates should register on arrival at the Festival Information Desk.

Programme Certificates
All film programmes are Certified 15, unless otherwise stated.

Disabled Visitors
Since 2003 Watershed has undergone a major period of building work and development. One of the main aims of this was to dramatically improve accessibility for all visitors. Please visit www.watershed.co.uk/info/access.php for further information.

Reserved Seating
Seats for festival screenings and events are not reserved when booking so if you arrive early you'll get first choice. The first row of the auditorium is usually reserved for speakers and jury members.

Programme Start Times / Running Times
The event times in all published materials are the door opening times, programmes start promptly 15 minutes afterwards.

Programme running times are for the duration of the actual film programme (unless otherwise indicated), however, it is recommended that you allow extra time in your festival planning as some programmes include a short introduction and sometimes a filmmaker Q&A.

Late Admittance
If you are late and a film prgramme or event has started we will do our utmost to show you to a seat at an appropriate juncture. The cinema managment reserve the right of admission and are unable to provide refunds for non-addmittance due to lateness.
